Mr.Nirut Koonphol, Director of Bureau of International Cooperation was a representative on behalf of Director General, Department of Water Resources (DWR) together with delegates from DWR had joined the consultative meeting with ASEMWater in Changsha, China during 27-31 March 2017 in order to maintain a strong relationship and strengthen mutual cooperation between DWR and ASEMWater in the future.
